Lucky Traveler Hostel All Inclusive is located in Tulum in the Quintana Roo Region, 0.6 mi from Tulum Archaeological Site. The hostel has a year-round outdoor pool and barbecue, and guests can enjoy unlimited food and drinks. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

Hola!! no unfortunately we do not provide the service but we can arrange it with no problem trough a 3rd company

Sure, the collective shuttle bus or "colectivo" stops right at the corner every 10-15 minutes. You can basically go anywhere using the public transportation, including cenotes and local attractions.

We do have bike rentals and there are also several places close by in the Ruins

what does 60% back in consumption mean and how does it work?

Hola ! Whatever amount you pay online for the room, you will receive 60 % back of that amount in consumption. For example, if you reserve a room and pay $1,000 pesos, you can spend $600 in food, drinks and tours :)

Hi ☺ how much is the airport transfer to cancun please?

You can choose to go with the ADO BUS, it is safe, comfortable and cheap. It leaves you directly in your Airport Terminal for $14 USD. There is also private transportation for $100 USD

Hola ! Yes, there is a convenience store (Seven Eleven) and a Beer Store (Corona) at about 150 m :)

Hi, I am travelling with a registered therapy dog. He has his certificate/papers & goes under the seat. He is non-barking, non-shedding, & 11 yrs. old. very well trained. Is this possible?

Yes, if the dog is well trained, it is fine, however please note we do have a couple of rescued dogs living with us in the property and sometimes they may not be so happy with new dogs...............or maybe they become best friends

Hola ! Some rooms have safety boxes included and you can also request one in reception. From Cancun Airport the best wat to travel is by using the ADO BUS service

Yes, depending on the option you choose, you always get cashback for consumption

Are you far from the city center? And are there stores food places around etc. And it’s possible to get around with bike from the hostel?

We are in front of the entrance to the Arqueological Site, which is 2.5 km from the City Center. There is a shopping center in the Arqueological Site with many stores and restaurants. Bike is a great way to move around town :)

Exceptional
- The energy in the hostel was very nice. I felt that the people working there and the other guests were happy to share and spend time with each other, but at the same time you were able to get your alone time; - The hostel is located out of the crowded city center, but it’s literally next to the bus stop! And it’s in front of the way that brings you to the Mayan ruins/ beach; - The personnel is really helpful and ready to answer every question anytime, even late in the evening. There was a temporary water shortage when I was there (really common in Quintana Roo) and it was not only handled promptly, but we have been provided with bottled water for free for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. - The swimming pools!
There is only one main light in the room. It would be nice to have a table lamp for reading / relaxing :)

There was no restaurant available. We used the kitchen, which was quiet nice. There was drinking water and a food donation box.
We were promised a message about if we get money back for the cancellation. The message never came, neither any money. To get to the beach you have to pay! The personell (of the beach area) was unfriendly. You even need to pay for the ruin close to the hostel. Very US-American flair and not friendly but money-based. Military was present.
